Актуальность: интенсивная профессиональная деятельность, неблагоприятные климатогеографические и экологические условия в северных регионах приводят к росту заболеваемости, в том числе и среди медицинских работников. Цель – оценить уровень заболеваемости сердечно-сосудистой патологией медицинского персонала, работающего в субарктических климатогеографических условиях для обоснования разработки мер по ее профилактике и уменьшению последствий. Материалы и методы: изучено состояние здоровья работников медицинских организаций, расположенных на приарктических территориях Европейского Севера России (Архангельская область). Результаты: общая заболеваемость медицинских работников намного выше, чем в среднем у всего населения. При этом частота болезней сердечно-сосудистой системы занимает одно из ведущих положений. Среди сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний наиболее часто зарегистрированы: артериальная гипертензия, ишемическая болезнь сердца и поражения вен нижних конечностей. Субъективное отношение к состоянию сердечно-сосудистой системы более половины медиков расценили, как удовлетворительнее, в то же время на отличный и хороший уровень здоровья треть участников опроса. Около половины опрошенных считали, что напряженная медицинская трудовая деятельность за последние три года способствовала ухудшению состояния их здоровья. Выводы: труд медицинских работников, особенно в экстремальных климатогеографических северных условиях, можно рассматривать как дополнительный фактор риска развития хронических заболеваний. Высказана необходимость в разработке, организации и проведении профилактических мероприятий, направленных на раннее выявление заболеваний сердечно-сосудистой системы с последующим проведением лечебных и оздоровительных мероприятий. : Relevance: intensive professional activity, unfavorable climatic and geographical and environmental conditions in the northern regions lead to an increase in morbidity, including medical workers. The aim of the study is to assess the level of morbidity of cardiovascular pathology of medical personnel working in subarctic climatic and geographic conditions with the goal of justifying the development of measures for its prevention and reduction of consequences. Materials and methods: the article examines the state of health of employees of medical organizations located in the Arctic territories of the European North of Russia (Arkhangelsk region). Results: the overall morbidity of medical workers is much higher than the average for the entire population. At the same time, the frequency of diseases of the cardiovascular system occupies one of the leading positions. Among the cardiovascular diseases, the most frequently registered are arterial hypertension, coronary heart disease and venous lesions of the lower extremities. The subjective attitude to the state of the cardiovascular system in more than half of the doctors was regarded as satisfactory, while a third of the survey participants showed an excellent and good level of health. About half of the respondents believed that strenuous medical work over the past three years contributed to the deterioration of their health. Conclusion: the work of medical personnel, especially in extreme climatic and geographic northern conditions, can be considered as an additional risk factor for the development of chronic diseases. The article highlights the necessity in the development, organization and implementation of preventive measures aimed at early detection of diseases of the cardiovascular system with subsequent treatment measures. : Международный научно-исследовательский журнал, Выпуск 10 (112) 2021, Pages 37-41
