Определена необходимость применения индикативного планирования, рассмотрены условия использования метода анализа иерархий, технологий индикативного процесса планирования при определении направлений и целей инновационного развития региона, подтверждена необходимость формирования эффективной системы координации инновационных процессов в регионе при разработке индикаторов деятельности региональных и муниципальных органов управления инновационным развитием региона, определена важность создания единого экспертно-консультационного, информационного и правового содержания управленческой деятельности территориального органа управления и качества достижения целей модернизации инновационной сферы. : The article determines the necessity of using indicative planning and studies the conditions for using the method of analyzing hierarchies. It considers the technologies of indicative planning in identifying the directions and objectives of the innovation development of the region and the necessity of forming an effective system of innovation processes coordination in the development of indicators of the activities of regional and municipal authorities for the innovative development of the region.
