Dissolved Inorganic Carbon and Total Alkalinity bottle data from Ocean Weather Station M (66 N, 2 E) from 2008 to 2019
Time series of inorganic carbon, alkalinity, and hydrography from the fixed station Ocean Weather Station M (OWSM) in the Norwegian Sea at 66 N 2 E. Measurements over the full water depth of 0-2000 m, with monthly resolution in 2008 and 2009 and seasonal resolution from 2010 and onwards. The current...

Summary: | Time series of inorganic carbon, alkalinity, and hydrography from the fixed station Ocean Weather Station M (OWSM) in the Norwegian Sea at 66 N 2 E. Measurements over the full water depth of 0-2000 m, with monthly resolution in 2008 and 2009 and seasonal resolution from 2010 and onwards. The current data delivery was collected by the weather ship Polarfront between 2008 to 2009, and by various research vessels from 2010 and onwards. Dissolved inorganic carbon and alkalinity data are from discrete bottle samples while hydrography are measured using sensors. Data submitted to SDG14.3.1 OA portal in 2021. November 2019 data points salinity-calibrated. |
