Рассматриваются идеи партийно-советского руководителя Якутии П.А. Ойунского по обретению национальной государственности в форме автономной республики, что означало скачок от статуса «неисторического народа» к «историческому». В хо­де разграничения с соседними регионами Ойунский пытался присоединить земли, населенные этническими якутами. Важное значение имели разработка Ойунским экономической основы для закрепления прав на земли, леса, воды, развитие промышленности и сельского хозяйства, установление внешних связей. Продемонстрировано, как государственность повлияла на формирование якутской нации. : The article is focused on the ideas of P.A. Oyunsky, a Soviet leader of Yakutia about the gaining of national statehood in the form of an autonomous republic, which essentially meant a historic leap from the status of “unhistorical people” to “historical”. It is shown how, during the delimitation with neighboring regions of the borders, Oyunsky tried to attach lands inhabited by ethnic Yakuts. It seems important that Oyunsky develops a serious economic basis for independence in securing rights to land, forests, water, the development of industry and agriculture, and the establishment of external relations with foreigners.
