Ambient air measurements were performed using an automated gas chromatography and mass spectrometry with flame ionization detector (GC-MS/FID) system, and biogenic volatile organic compound (BVOC) emission rates were measured using dynamic enclosure systems. This dataset also contains isoprene mixing ratio vertical profiles obtained with a tethered balloon.
