Данная работа посвящена исследованию инвестиционной привлекательности спортивной отрасли Камчатского края и оценке социально-экономической эффективности строительства футбольного манежа Основные цели диссертации: 1. Исследование спортивной отрасли Камчатского края, как рынка, подходящего для реализации социально-экономических проектов 2. Оценка социально-экономической эффективности строительства спортивного объекта – футбольного манежа на условиях государственно-частного партнерства. При анализе инвестиционного потенциала спортивной отрасли и оценки социально-экономической эффективности проекта в этой сфере были выявлены следующие проблемы: отсутствие отлаженной системы кредитования проектов ГЧП, отсутствие закрепленной терминологии в ГЧП, отсутствие утвержденных критериев определения социально-экономической эффективности На основе проведенного стратегического анализа был сделан вывод о том, что ООО «ВВВ» является конкурентоспособным предприятием, имеющим возможности для реализации проектов в спортивной отрасли Камчатского края. В целях совершенствования деятельности компании была предложен проекты по строительству футбольного манежа на территории Петропавловск-Камчатского городского округа на основе государственно-частного партнерства и за счет собственных средств. По каждому варианту проекта развития были произведены расчеты планируемых объемов реализации, текущих и инвестиционных затрат. Определены простые и дисконтированные показателей коммерческой эффективности инвестиционного проекта. Проведен анализ полученных результатов, сформулированы общие выводы и рекомендации по проекту. Реализация инвестиционного проекта приведет к увеличению выручки, позволит начать развитие предприятия на новом рынке и решит ряд социальных проблем. : This work is devoted to the study of the investment attractiveness of the sports industry of the Kamchatka Territory and the assessment of the socio-economic efficiency of the construction of the football arena Main goals of the dissertation: 1. Research of the sports industry of the Kamchatka territory as a market suitable for the implementation of socio-economic projects. 2. Assessment of the socio-economic efficiency of the construction of a sports facility-a football arena on the terms of public-private partnership. When analyzing the investment potential of the sports industry and assessing the socio-economic efficiency of a project in this area, the following problems were identified: the absence of a well-functioning lending system for PPP projects, the absence of fixed terminology in PPPs, the absence of approved criteria for determining socio-economic efficiency Based on the strategic analysis, it was concluded that VVV LLC is a competitive enterprise with the ability to implement projects in the sports industry of the Kamchatka Territory. In order to improve the activities of the company, projects were proposed for the construction of a football arena in the territory of the Petropavlovsk-Kamchatka city district based on public-private partnerships and at their own expense. For each version of the development project, calculations of planned sales volumes, current and investment costs were made. Simple and discounted indicators of the commercial effectiveness of the investment project are determined. The analysis of the results is carried out, general conclusions and recommendations on the project are formulated. The implementation of the investment project will lead to an increase in revenue, will allow the company to begin developing in a new market, and will solve a number of social problems.
