Description
Summary:This dataset is taken from the survey "High School - an arena for growth and development, 2008". Responsible for the survey are Tor-Erik Dybwad and Bodø University College. The purpose of the survey was to identify the parametres at an individual level and the organisational level, which contributes to growth and development in high school and junior high school. The data was collected from 2005 until 2008. There are two versions of the survey, one with a sample from high school, and the other with a sample from junior high school. The method of investigation is a survey at the individual level. The sample is pupils in the last year of junior high school in the county of Nordland. All of the high schools and junior high schools in Nordland were contacted. The sample is based on the schools which participated in the survey voluntarily. The dataset is comprised of four different questionnaires: one about background variables, one measuring career maturity (named Daidalos), one about working environment and one personality test.
