The aim of the study was to investigate the role of glacial meltwater as a secondary source of legacy POPs to Arctic coastal food-webs. Thus, zooplankton were collected seasonally from May (before the melt season) to June (spring freshet) and August (glacial melt) and benthos and sculpin were sampled spatially along the freshwater to marine gradient.
