The meeting was opened at 9.00 hours on 27 January by the Co-Chairmen, Dr M Parker, Chairman of the Working Group on Marine Pollution Baseline and Monitoring Studies in the North Atlantic, and Professor G Kullenberg; Chairman of the ICES/SCOR Working Group on the study of the Pollution of the Baltic.
