Summary:ICES advises that when the MSY approach is applied, catches in 2025 should be no more than 4 455 tonnes. Out of this, catches in NAFO divisions 1A–C should be no more than 2 151 tonnes, and catches in divisions 1D–F should be no more than 2 304 tonnes. Cod in NAFO Subarea 1 is caught in a fishery comprising a mix of West Greenland inshore spawning cod, West Greenland offshore spawning cod, and East Greenland–Iceland offshore spawning cod outside the spawning season.
