The code used to generate these simulations is outlined in depth in Brown & Radko (submitted to the Journal of Ocean Modeling) and the simulations are analyzed in Brown & Radko (in prep to submit to the Journal of Physical Oceanography). The authors acknowledge the Texas Advanced Computing Center (TACC) at The University of Texas at Austin for providing HPC resources that have contributed to the research results reported within this paper.
