This data set includes species-specific shell counts, individual shell sizes and species-specific bulk weights of planktonic foraminifera. Moreover, it contains total carbonate (CaCO3) and particulate organic carbon (POC) fluxes. The measurements were conducted to asses the abundances and mass contribution of planktonic foraminifera to total carbonate fluxes, and to better understand their variability throughout a whole seasonal cycle. ...
