We explain how 3D horizons provide an improved data basis for the interpretation of deformed radar stratigraphy, which is needed to better understand the ice-flow history of the Greenland and Antarctic ice sheet. The data cover different survey regions, which represent crucial ice-dynamic settings. We provide the data in different formats to enable a wide range of applications and reproduction of the results: (1) point clouds of the 3d horizon meshes containing the x, y and z coordinates in the ASCII format, (2) a gridded digital elevation model based on the point cloud data in the GeoTIFF format and (3) GoCAD geological objects of the 3d horizons.
