The site chronologies were established by cross-dating all samples to each other, which helped coping with small ring sizes but especially with missing rings, and frost rings. We processed samples of four species, Larix gmelinii (LAGM), Picea obovata (PIOB), Pinus sylvestris (PISY) and Pinus sibirica (PISI). These were recorded at a variety of locations: LAGM from Lake Khamra sites EN18079, -80, -81, -83 (N59.974919° E112.958985°, N59.977106° ... : The data containing files in dendrochronological TUCSON format without header for each of the four tree species, Larix gmelinii (LAGM), Picea obovata (PIOB), Pinus sylvestris (PISY) and Pinus sibirica (PISI) are published at Zenodo (Kruse et al., 2022, doi:10.5281/zenodo.6145466).
