Towards the end of the cruise (on July 28) those intervals were lengthened to hourly position acquisition and transmission in order to increase their life-time. The last transmission from a drifter occurred on November 18, 2020. The following 31 drifters were deployed in the Fram Strait frontal study area: LCE00506, LCE00508, LCE00509, LCE00510, LCE00511, LCE00512, LCE00513, LCE00514, LCE00515, LCE00516, LCE00517, LCE00518, LCE00519, LCE00521, LCE00522, LCE00523, LCE00524, LCE00525, LCE00526, LCE00528, LCE00529, LCE00530, LCE00531, LCE00532, LCE00534, LCE00535, LCE00536, LCE00537, LCE00538, LCE00539, LCE00540.
