Atlas DUX data files can be processed using the open source software package MB-System (Caress et al., MB-System: Mapping the Seafloor,http://www.mbari.org/products/research-software/mb-system/ 2021). Values of depths and lateral distances are averaged with neighbouring beams.Ancillary sound velocity calibration measurements are not part of this dataset publication. : These data should not be used for navigational purposes.Data were provided to PANGAEA by Alfred Wegener Institute, Helmholtz Centre for Polar and Marine Research personnel (contact: infobathy@awi.de).
