CARD-FISH cell counts of taxonomic bacterial and archaeal groups in Fram Strait during PS99.2

With CARD-FISH we quantified 16 microbial taxonomic groups in different water depths, from surface to the deep sea. We investigated 11 stations in LTER-HAUSGARTEN and adjacent stations in Fram Strait.
