Description
Summary:This data set was acquired with a ship-based Echosounder Sonar, Fluorometer, Navigation system, Thermosalinograph, and Meteorological Sensor during Laurence M. Gould expedition LMG0105 conducted in 2001 (Chief Scientist: Dr. Bruce Sidell). These data files are of JGOFS format and include Visible Radiation, Meteorological, Bathymetry, Conductivity, Salinity, Navigation, Infrared Radiation, Temperature, and Fluorescence data. This data set was created from calibrated data decimated at 1-minute intervals. Several fields are derived measurements from more than a single raw input. Data were acquired as part of the project(s): Proteins of Oxygen-Binding & Energy Metabolism in Muscles of Antarctic Fishes: Evolutionary Adjustments to Life at Cold Temperatures and Structure, Function, and Expression of Tubulins, Globins, and Microtubule-Dependent Motors from Cold-Adapted Antarctic Fishes, and funding was provided by NSF grant(s): ANT00-89451 and ANT99-09055.
