Description
Summary:This data set was acquired with a ship-based Knudsen 320BR Subbottom Seismic system, Thermosalinograph, Fluorometer, Meteorological Sensor, and Navigation system during Laurence M. Gould expedition LMG0807 conducted in 2008 (Chief Scientist: Dr. William Detrich). These data files are of JGOFS format and include Navigation, Temperature, Infrared Radiation, Conductivity, Salinity, Fluorescence, Meteorological, Visible Radiation, and Bathymetry data. This data set was created from calibrated data decimated at 1-minute intervals. Several fields are derived measurements from more than a single raw input. Data were acquired as part of the project(s): Protein folding and function at cold temperature: Co-evolution of the chaperonin CCT and tubulins from antarctic fishes., and funding was provided by NSF grant(s): ANT06-35470.
