Description
Summary:This data set was acquired with a ship-based Knudsen 320BR Echosounder Sonar, Navigation system, Thermosalinograph, Meteorological Sensor, and Fluorometer during Laurence M. Gould expedition LMG0303 conducted in 2003 (Chief Scientist: Dr. Glenn Berger). These data files are of JGOFS format and include Temperature, Visible Radiation, Meteorological, Fluorescence, Bathymetry, Infrared Radiation, Conductivity, Navigation, and Salinity data. This data set was created from calibrated data decimated at 1-minute intervals. Several fields are derived measurements from more than a single raw input. Data were acquired as part of the project(s): Development of a luminescence dating capability for Antarctic glaciomarine sediments: Tests of signal zeroing at the Antarctic Peninsula, and funding was provided by NSF grant(s): ANT99-09665.
