Using extracted images and navigation data, two georeferenced seafloor mosaics were generated and all visible features were enumerated in ArcMap (animals, substrates, litter). Three transects just outside the VCF seep were also surveyed and fauna and seafloor features in those transects were also enumerated. The data were used in Sinner et al. 2023 Frontiers in Earth Sciences 'Lack of detectable chemosynthesis at a sponge dominated subarctic methane seep.' ...
