The connectivity was calculated between the sectors described in https://www.nature.com/articles/s41598-018-32912-2. Each connectivity matrix has a first row and a first column with numbers that represent the polygons from where the particles are released and the polygons to where they arrive. They are exactly the same. The numbers are the polygon number in a 15 x 15km grid, written as a list of polygons which is included in a file called grid_15x15km_def.txt.
