This independent study presents investors’ behaviour on climate change by applying the climate change indicators for the Capital Asset Pricing Model to examine change in returns. We collect various climatic data from the valid source to ensure that our model cover all possible issues in investor’s perspective: Carbon dioxide emission, global mean temperature, sea level, and sea ice extent. The return of some economic sector with large green house effect gas emission and companies that produce electricity with high Carbon dioxide emission will be in a scope of this study.
