| Summary: | The CORE 3Ps scallop stocks (Icelandic scallop Chlamys islandica and Giant scallop Placopecten magellanicus) and Sea cucumber (Cucumaria frondosa) stock were assessed in August 2017 in French-Canadian waters southwest of the Saint-Pierre and Miquelon archipelago on the one hand, and in the southern part of the French EEZ known as “Corridor” on the other. For this purpose, a scientific survey, based on a stratified random sampling plan in the CORE area and systematic sampling plan in the French Corridor was conducted onboard S/V Antéa, research vessel of the French Oceanographic Fleet. Although difficult weather conditions affected the survey, 80 sampling points were completed. The analysis of these data shows a slight decrease in the exploitable biomass of Icelandic scallops compared to the last French assessment in 2011, particularly in the Canadian part. On the other hand, the Giant scallop stock shows a slight increase. The distribution of these two species is quite disparate: most of Icelandic scallop ... : L’évaluation des stocks de pectinidés (Pétoncle d’Islande Chlamys islandica et Peigne du Canada Placopecten magellanicus), ainsi que du concombre de mer Cucumaria frondosa a été effectuée en août 2017, dans les eaux franco-canadiennes de la boite à pétoncles au sud-ouest de l’archipel de Saint-Pierre et Miquelon d’une part, et dans la partie sud de la ZEE saint-pierraise dite du « Tuyau » d’autre part. Pour cela, une prospection directe, basée sur un plan d’échantillonnage aléatoire stratifié dans la boite à pétoncle et un plan d’échantillonnage systématique dans le « Tuyau », a été menée à bord de l’Antéa, navire de recherche de la Flotte Océanographique Française. Bien que des conditions météorologiques difficiles aient perturbé la campagne, 80 points d’échantillonnage ont été réalisés. L’analyse de ces données permet de conclure à une légère diminution de la biomasse exploitable de pétoncles d’Islande par rapport à la dernière évaluation française de 2011, en particulier dans la partie canadienne.
