A dataset containing chemical data from HF dissolution of parent material bedrock and the clay-size fraction (< 2 micrometer diameter) material measured by ICP-MS and selective dissolutions (hydroxylamine hydrochloride, citrate dithionite, and sodium pyrophosphate) measured by atomic absorption spectroscopy from serpentine soils in the Klamath Mountains of California, Tablelands of Newfoundland Canada, and Pickhandle Gulch Nevada.
