Статья представляет собой результат изучения и специфики композиции рассказов В. Г Короленко из «сибирского» цикла: «Чудная», «Соколинец» и «Ат-Даван». В результате исследования проблемы авторы приходят к заключению о том, что все рассказы данного цикла имеют свои специфические особенности построения, что в них В. Г Короленко преимущественно обращается к принципу построения архитектоники, весьма популярной в мировой литературе -рассказ в рассказе.На основе конкретных примеров исследователи доказывают, что во все три рассказа писатель ввёл образ повествователя и основного рассказчика, когда один знакомит читателя с основным рассказчиком, тот же излагает какую-либо занимательную и поучительную историю. Автор же подводит итог произведению. При этом все три рассказа («Чудная», «Соколинец», «Ат-Даван») имеют свои отличительные особенности. Так, в рассказе «Ат-Даван» излагается история двух протестов «маленького человека» станционного писаря Кругликова. Автор начинает рассказ, даёт сведения о положении дел на одной из почтовых станций Якутии, говорит о скором прибытии на станцию курьера-самодура Арабина, описывает столкновение курьера и писаря. В другой сюжетной линии основным рассказчиком становится сам Кругликов, когда рассказывает историю, связанную с невестой, автор же завершает произведение, предварительно доведя до логического конца историю, связанную со столкновением Кругликова и Арабина. The article dwells on the result of the study related to the peculiarities of the composition of the short stories by V Korolenko from the «Siberian» cycle as follows: «The Odd Maiden», «Falconer» and «At-Davan».Having analyzed the relevant problem the author comes to the conclusion that all the short stories of the cycle under consideration are of their specific peculiarities concerned with the structure, therein V.G. Korolenko preferenctly resorts to the principle of architectonics that is rather popular in world literature being that of a tale in a short story. Proceeding from concrete examples the researcher proves that into all three short stories the writer introduced the images of a narrator and the main storyteller when one the first familiarizes a reader with his counterpart and the latter expounds some entertaining and instructive story Summing up the author notes that all these short stories («The Odd Maiden», «Falconer» and «At-Davan») have their distinctive peculiarities. Thus, in the short story entitled «At-Davan» the history of two protests of «the little man» that of station scribe Kruglikov is expounded. Commencing the short story the author informs about the state of affairs at one of the post stations of Yakutiya and portrays the image of courier Arabin being a petty tyrant, he describes the collision between the courier with the clerk. In another plot line namely Kruglikov himself becomes a story-teller. When telling the history dealing with the bride the author accomplishes the literary production, but preliminarily he brings to the logical end the history connected with the collision between Kruglikov and Arabin.
