Summary:Рассматривается предметная область возобновляемой энергетики с точки зрения возможности и необходимости её лексикографического описания. Аналитический обзор источников по возобновляемой энергетике, результаты формального анализа терминологии, результаты анкетирования и экспертная оценка состояния терминологии продемонстрировали актуальность разработки специального двуязычного словаря по данному направлению. The article considers the subject of renewable energy from the perspective of its lexicographic specification. For that purpose we analyzed all existing sources in the field (monographs, text books, regulatory documents, articles in professional magazines and papers and Internet articles) and lexicographic sources (paper and electronic dictionaries, English-Russian and Russian-English translation dictionaries, Russian and English explanatory dictionaries) and studied the requirements of the contemporary users (questioning energy specialists at enterprises and laboratories in Moscow, Tyumen, Khanty-Mansyisk, Surgut, Salim). The study of the formal structure of the terms specified the prevailing amount of compounds indicating the fact that the terminology of renewable energy has not completely been formed. Thus, the analytical survey of the available sources in renewable energy, the study of the formal structure of the terms, the questioning survey results and the expert assessment of the current state of the terminology in question demonstrated the relevance of modeling a bilingual special purpose dictionary.
