В статье представлен результат глубокого анализа влияния денежно-кредитной политики Центрального Банка (ЦБ) на экономическую устойчивость развития промышленного предприятия в РФ в макроэкономическом формате. Уточнено определение «устойчивое развитие» в контексте экономической устойчивости развития промышленного предприятия. Представлен обзор таких факторов влияния на развитие предприятия, как ставка рефинансирования, ключевая ставка, ставка коммерческого банка, курс валют и инфляция. На основании выполненного сравнительного анализа официальных статистических данных этих факторов по России и странах Североатлантического альянса сделан вывод о том, что экономическая политика ЦБ РФ является не эффективной по отношению к предприятию. Для того чтобы оценить степень влияния политики ЦБ РФ на развитие предприятия предложена специальная формула расчёта введённого показателя уровня баланса (уровня дисбаланса). В результате расчётов выявлен низкий уровень баланса интересов предприятия и ЦБ РФ нарушающий закон самосохранения систем. В конце статьи представлены некоторые рекомендации по повышению эффективности влияния денежно-кредитной политики ЦБ на экономическое устойчивое развитие промышленного предприятия в РФ. In article the result of the deep analysis of influence of a monetary policy of the Central Bank on economic stability of development of industrial enterprise is provided to the Russian Federation in a macroeconomic format. Determination "sustainable development" in the context of economic stability of development of industrial enterprise is specified. The overview of such factors of influence on development of the entity as a refunding rate, key interest rate, a rate of commercial bank, a currency rate and inflation is provided. Based on the made comparative analysis of official statistical data of these factors on Russia and the countries of North Atlantic alliance the conclusion that the economic policy of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation is not effective in relation to the entity is drawn. To estimate extent of influence of policy of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation on development of the entity the special formula of calculation of the entered balance level indicator (imbalance level) is offered. As a result of calculations the low level of balance of interests of the entity and the Central Bank of the Russian Federation the breaking law of self-preservation of systems is revealed. At the end of article some recommendations about increase of efficiency of influence of a monetary policy of the Central Bank on an economic sustainable development of industrial enterprise are provided to the Russian Federation.
