В статье рассматриваются вызовы и риски, возникающие на международном уровне при освоении Арктического шельфа. Анализируются подходы к реализации действующего международного права и применению его во всех возникающих разногласиях. Автор дает оценку международной политики в области освоения Арктического шельфа и исследует развитие межнациональной отношений и сотрудничества в данной области. The article considers the challenges and risks arising on the international level in the process of the development of the Arctic shelf. The approaches to the implementation of existing international law and its application in all disagreements are analyzed. The author gives an estimation of international politics in the development of the Arctic shelf, and explores the development of international relations and cooperation in this area.
