В статье затрагиваются актуальные вопросы изучения структуры и функционирования экосистем устья рек в теоретическом отношении, и в связи с отрицательным воздействием на них антропогенного фактора. В состав ихтиоценозов устьевой области Енисея входит в общей сложности 32 пресноводных вида, или 30% ихтиофауны Сибири. Облик ихтиоценозов формируют рыбы семейства сиговых, промысловые запасы которых существенно подорваны в результате интенсивного вылова. Дальнейшее изучение ихтиоценозов этой территории актуально в связи с необходимостью разработки стратегии охраны и рационального использования рыбных запасов Енисея. The paper studies a topical question of the study of the structure and functioning of ecosystems in river mouths in theory and in connection with the negative influence of anthropogenic factors upon them. At the mouth section of the Yenisei River in the fish habitat a total number of 32 species of freshwater fishes is found. This is 30 per cent of ichthyofauna of Siberia. The situation of the state of ichthyocenoses in the mouth section of the Yenisei River is formed by the fishes of the family of Coregonidae. The commercial stock is not enough for intensive fishing. The number of Acipenser baerii Brandt, Coregonus autumnalis (Pallas) and Stenodus leucichthys nelma (Gueldenstaedt) decreased significantly as a result of the intensive fishing in the past. The further investigation of the ichthyocenoses in this territory under research is important because of the necessity of working out a strategy of protection, preservation and rational usage of the fish stock in the Yenisei.
