Summary:In outskirts of Olonets, Karelia, Russia, there is a large spring bird stopover at the farmlands. This study is summing up our long-term observations for the birds during spring migrations. We registered 26 bird species of the family Charadriidae in this region in the mid of April – end of May, defined dates of their appearance there and departure of transit species, and described seasonal number dynamics and variations by years.
