The article is devoted to the history of organization of maintaining order and fighting against crimes in the Southern Sakhalin in 1945-1950. It describes how in the complex conditions of changing from war activity to the peaceful life was establishing the Soviet bodies of administration, State Security bodies and militia in the south of Sakhalin. It was took into account the particulars characterizing that historical period connected with the is given activity of the legal bodies. The main place in this article to the role of the Soviet Army and its departments in the organization of protecting and maintaining order in the settlements and in transport. On the base of records it was restored and shown the criminal situation in the Southern Sakhalin during the post-war years. |
