For every federative state, especially the Russian Federation, a regional policy is one of the main issues of activity and, in fact, the main way of economic development regulation of its territories. Thus, the authors have discussed a budget system of the Russian Federation including the Sakha Republic (Yakutia) in modern stage of development taking into consideration the conducted reforms. There was made analyses of socio-economic situation, formation and fulfillment of the republican budget for a definite period. Besides, features of budget policy of the Sakha Republic (Yakutia) have been determined
