Summary: | The morbidity from measles, parotitis, diphtheria and whooping-cough in autonomous region of Taimyr among small nationalities since 1970 till 2004 is investigated. The post-vaccinal immunity to the above-named infections at 2765 person is studied. Small nationalities comparing to Caucasian population have higher parameters of morbidity by controlled infections. From different ethnic groups of the Taimyr region the lowest parameters of immunity and accordingly higher morbidity are registered at nganasan nationality. Authors recommend treating aboriginal population as the risk group of measles, parotitis, diphtheria and whooping-cough.
