Summary:Carabid beetles of meadows of the Northern taiga on the territory of karst development were studied. It was ascertained, that the fauna of the region and surrounding habitats influence the formation of species composition of carabid beetles of Northern taiga meadows. Increasing number of species and specific diversity on the water-meadows was pointed out. There were changes revealed in the composition of dominant species and in the ecological structure of carabid beetles of meadows with different hydrothermal conditions.
