The paper is dedicated to the study of some aspects of the hydrological processes influence to the climatic system. In particular, the role of the Arctic Ocean as well as the influence of the Siberian rivers discharge to the climatic changes is discussed. The linear reservoir hydrological discharge model constructed as part of the regional climatic model for the Siberian region is presented in the paper. The comparison of the simulated river runoff with the climatic data is also discussed.
