U ovom završnom radu objasnit će se pojmovi poduzetništvo i inovacije te njihova međusobna povezanost. Uz pojam poduzetništva objašnjen je i razvoj poduzetništva te suvremeno poduzetništvo, a uz pojam inovacije navedene su i objašnjene vrste inovacija, rizik te sami proces stvaranja inovacija. Svrha je kroz razradu tema poduzetništvo i inovacije prikazati kakav utjecaj inovacije imaju na poduzetništvo te zašto su važne za svako poduzeće. Na primjeru poduzeća prikazat će se utjecaj inovacija te uspjeh koji se može postići njihovom primjenom. Za primjer su prikazana dva poduzeća, prvo, inovativno poduzeće u svijetu – Apple Inc. te Genos d.o.o poduzeće iz Republike Hrvatske. In this final work will be explained the terms enterprise and innovation and their interconnection. With the term enterprise there will be explained development of enterprise and modern enterprise. With the term innovation there will be explained types of innovation, risk and the process of creating innovation. The purpose is through the themes enterprise and innovation to show the impact of innovation on enterprise and why are they important to every company. The example of the company will show the impact of innovation and the success that can be achieved by their application. For the example there are two company, first, an innovative company in the world – Apple Inc and Genos d.o.o company in Croatia.
