Lead concentrations and isotopic composition have been measured in bone and teeth of small ceta-ceans belonging to three species (Delphinus delphis, Phocoena phocoena and Stenella coeruleoalba), to evaluate the toxicological risk and to determine sources of lead in the European waters.
