Determination of High Latitude SST Algorithms for NOAA-16, Norwegian Meteorological Institute

This document presents the work done in preparing SST algorithms for high latitude conditions for the AVHRR instrument on board th NOAA-16 satellite. These algorithms have been developed by the Ocean and Sea Ice Satellite Application Facility (O&SI SAF) team.
