Liberia covers an area of 111,370 sq. km. 15,050 sq. km is water and the remaining 96,320 sq. km is land. Relatively, it is boarded to the south by the North Atlantic Ocean for about 560 km. La Cote d’Ivoire is to the east with a border length of 598 km. Sierra Leone is to the West with a border of 370 km. La Cote d’Ivoire is to the East with a border 598 km long. Sierra Leone is to the west with a border of 370 km. In the north is Guinea with a border of 540 km long. Monrovia, the capital is the country’s largest city.
