Description
Summary:A developmental series of larvae of Hypsopsetta guttulata collected in San Francisco Bay i s described. These larvae are very similar to Pleuronichthys turbots and distinguishing characters which separate larval forms of Hypsopsetta from Pleuronichthys are discussed.
