THE EAST-SIBERIAN GROUND-BASED RADIO INSTRUMENT NETWORK FOR THE IONOSPHERIC INVESTIGATION

In the Institute of Solar-Terrestrial Physics (Irkutsk, Russia), a radio instrument network has been created for investigation of the upper atmosphere. The network includes the Irkutsk incoherent scatter (IS) radar, the multi-position chirp-ionosonde for investigating the ionosphere using the method...

Continuous observations of the ionosphere are made with the Digisondes at Norilsk and Irkutsk.
