B’erknes and biblett, representing the Norwegian and Eng i ish nieteorological services, res ectively, on their voyage across the north Atlantic an 2 return in connection with their attendance on the meeting of the British Association at Toronto in August, 1924. On the return voyage on the hard liner Lancusts-ia, forecasts and weather information were broadcast about 4 p. m. daily. The Weather Bureau has received from ninateiv of vessels and ot,hers who received the forecasts words of hearty appreciation of the efforts of Messrs. Bjerknes and Gible tt.-A. J. H.
