According to the last images (see Ash plume observations), the amount of ash emitted from the Volcano should be reduced with respect to yesterday but the plume is expanding over more countries, as expected by the forecasts. The VAAC bulletin still maintains the Red alert for the next 12 hours. According to the forecasts however there should be a slight deviation of the wind direction more towards north The same bulletin shows that the plume should reach more areas in the south; between 00:00 and 6:00, also the Alps and north Italy should be reached.
