Proposers may opt to submit proposals in response to this Program Solicitation via Grants.gov or via the NSF FastLane system. In determining which method to utilize in the electronic preparation and submission of the proposal, please note the following: A. All collaborative proposals must be submitted via the NSF FastLane system. This includes collaborative proposals submitted: by one organization (and which includes one or more subawards); or as separate submissions from multiple organizations; Proposers are advised that collaborative proposals submitted in response to this Program Solicitation via Grants.gov will be requested to be withdrawn and proposers will need to resubmit these proposals via the NSF FastLane system. (Chapter II, Section D.3 of the Grant Proposal Guide provides additional information on collaborative proposals.) B. All Other Types of Proposals That Contain Subawards.
