Summary:This annual report presents the results from the sampling survey of fish populations and commercial fishery in the Gironde basin, in relation with the effect of the nuclear power plant. The scientific fishing operations in the estuary near the nuclear power plant have been carried out. The statistical monitoring of the commercial fishery in the estuary and the lower parts of Garonne and Dordogne rivers have concerned the 1999-2000 fishing season. / Ce rapport comprend 4 parties : une présentation générale du système fluvio-estuarien de la Gironde les résultats concernant le 1° volet (champ large) pour l'année 2001 les résultats concernant le 2° volet (champ lointain) pour l'année 2000 (saison de pêche 1999-2000) pour la civelle et la lamproie marine) une conclusion générale.
