The aim of this study is to estimate the total quantity of glass-eels that transit and are submitted to a series of thermal and mechanical shocks leading to their death in the cooling system of the Blayais nuclear power plant during the 1992-1993 migration season. The control of the density of the glass-eel populations at the water intakes of the power plant as a function of tide coefficients was considered, as well as the introduction of daily abundance indexes in the model on the migration dynamics of glass-eels in the estuary, which is based on the monitoring of some fishing parameters in the considered area. / Cette étude estime pour la saison de migration 1992-1993 la quantité totale de civelles susceptibles de transiter dans le circuit de refroidissement de la centrale nucléaire du Blayais et de subir une série de chocs thermiques et mécaniques entraînant leur mort. Il a été envisagé de suivre les densités de civelles relevées aux prises d'eau de la centrale selon les rythmes des coefficients de marée d'introduire les indices d'abondance journaliers dans un modèle concernant la dynamique de migration des civelles dans l'estuaire, élaboré à partir du suivi de certains paramètres halieutiques dans la zone considérée.
