Summary: | Parr-smolt transformation have been studied for the anadromous and the resident forms of brown trout (Salmo trutta L.), and compared with smolting of Atlantic salmon (Salmo salar L.). The studied animals were reared in hatchery conditions or caught in the wild. Biological and demographic caracteristics and variations in some physiological parameters of trout and salmon have been analysed. |
