International audience This legal bibliography contains more than 3000 references to legal books, journal articles and reports, sorted by topic and country. It is intended to identify the legal literature related to five countries of the Indian Ocean (Comoros, Madagascar, Mauritius, Mozambique and Seychelles) and to three French overseas territories (Mayotte, Réunion and French Southern and Antarctic Lands [TAAF]) and includes a chapter on cross-sectional comparative studies. Designed as a tool for legal research, it is intended for all legal academics and professionals who wish to gain a better understanding of the law in the Indian Ocean. Cette bibliographie juridique contient près de 3000 références d’ouvrages, d’articles et de rapports juridiques, classées par ordre thématique et géographique. L’ouvrage a pour ambition de référencer la littérature juridique consacrées à cinq pays de l’océan Indien (Comores, Madagascar, Maurice, Mozambique et Seychelles) ainsi que trois collectivités d’outre-mer françaises (Mayotte, La Réunion et TAAF) et comprend également un chapitre consacré aux études comparatives et transversales. Il a été conçu comme un outil d’aide à la recherche pour l’ensemble des juristes, universitaires ou praticiens, désireux de mieux con-naître le droit dans l’océan Indien.
