The study showed that continuous feeding is suitable in sturgeon farms in terms of ammonia loadings. Le rythme quotidien des rejets d'azote d'ammoniaque de cinq groupes d'esturgeons sibériens de poids différents, Acipenser baeri, a été étudié. Quelque soit le poids, il y a un retard de 3 heures entre le début de l'alimentation et l'augmentation de la production d'ammoniaque. L'étude a montré que l'alimentation continue est adaptée aux fermes d'esturgeons en termes de charges d'ammoniaque.
